What are your rates?
we charge a base rate for all trips under 10 miles. for trips over ten miles we charge per mile. please call (269) xxx-xxxx for current rates.
must the rider have an escort?
This depends. usually we are able to transport any non-emergent client that can be handed off safely to a caregiver at their destination. patients needing additional assistance with additional activities (understanding medical care, toileting, mental health needs, etc.) will need a caregiver to travel with them.
what do you drive?
We are proud owners of toyota minivans with rear entry ramps. no dangerous lift gates.
what acuity level do you take?
we can accomodate some level of special needs. patient can be barritric or be on oxygen, etc. we DO NOT transport medically frail/acute patients. we do not keep aep's, medications or other stabilizing treatments on board.
How can we pay?
our main customers are health care facilities and providers. for these we usually invoice the organization monthly. in other instances we accept credit cards or cash. repeat patients can be invoiced with good payment history.
what are your hours?
we work to accommodate your schedule to the extent we are able without overextending the hours our drivers are on the road. we try to accommodate most day time hours between 6am and 6pm with some exceptions. we are available weekends. after hour charges may apply for times after 7pm.
are you available on weekends and holidays?
Yes! we are on the road every day of the year except christmas and thanksgiving. we are available weekends. after hour charges may apply for times after 7pm.
